SiSi Garage Door Repair LLC is a garage door repair company serving Naples, Fort Myers and the surrounding Southwest Florida area. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do and do not do with it.
When you fill in a form on this site we collect only what we need to call you back and schedule the work: your name, your phone number, the service you need, and anything you choose to type in the notes or address fields. We also record the date and time, the page the form was submitted from, and the IP address it came from, as a record of the submission.
We do not collect payment card details on this website. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
To contact you about the service you asked for, to send a technician to the right address, to provide an estimate, and to keep a record of your request. That is all.
Our SMS program is called SiSi Garage Door Repair Service Notifications. It is a service program, not a marketing program: we use it to send appointment confirmations, technician arrival and status updates, and estimate follow-ups about work you have asked us about.
What we collect for SMS, and why. To text you we need your mobile phone number and your consent. We collect your consent through a separate, optional checkbox on our forms. The checkbox is unchecked when the page loads and you have to check it yourself. We record whether you checked it, the date and time, the page you were on, the IP address, and the exact wording of the consent statement that was on screen — so that we can always show how and when consent was given. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any service from us. If you leave the box unchecked your request still goes through, we still call you back, and we simply do not text you.
We do not share your mobile number. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any text message from us and we will stop texting that number. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. Reply HELP for help, or call us on (239) 426-6564. Message frequency varies. We share your details only with the people who need them to do the job: our own technicians and office staff, and the service providers that run our website, our phone system and our customer records on our behalf. Those providers may only use the information to provide that service to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile number or your SMS consent with anyone for marketing purposes.
We keep service records for as long as we need them to run the business and to meet our legal and tax obligations. Consent records are kept for as long as the number is on our list, and afterwards as proof that consent was given and later withdrawn.
