East Naples is home ground. Our office at 3080 Tamiami Trl E #302, Naples, FL 34112 stands on the same Tamiami Trail East as the Collier County Government Center, about a third of a mile away. The community lies just east of the city of Naples and became the county seat in 1962, when the courthouse moved here from Everglades.
Three Census places within a few miles show three housing eras. Naples Manor has a median build year of 1979 and is mostly detached houses, 1,188 of its 1,494 homes. Lely, at 1985, leans to multi-family buildings: only 794 of its 2,736 homes are detached. Lely Resort, at 2007, is the newest, with more than three in four of its 6,122 homes built from 2000 on. East Naples itself averages about 7 feet above sea level, and Hurricane Donna's flooding in 1960 reached the new elementary school here.

Homes here come in blocks of the same age, so one neighbor's worn spring often forecasts the street's, and a visit to one door is a good moment to check the others on the same builder package.
